The Brazilian Grill in beautiful Hyannis, Cape Cod, Massachussetts offers more than just a meal. They offer a dining and social experience. The Churrasco a Rodizio, which means Rotisserie Barbeque, is a dining delight that everyone should try. It is a buffet but it is also so much more.
We met with Brazilian Grill Cape Cod owner Kelly Borsatto for dinner and enjoyed everything about this unique dining experience. From the looks of the smiling faces and the sounds of the joyous laughter and conversations around us, everyone else enjoyed their experiences as well.
Kelly explained to us that Churrasco a Rodizio means Rotisserie Barbeque. This Brazilian style barbecue offers a wide variety of various cuts of beef, pork, lamb and chicken that have been slowly cooked over natural wood to preserve their natural juices and flavors.
Gauchos make their rounds among the tables serving the meats on skewers and carved right at your table.
According to Brazilians custom, Rodizio includes conversation with dining companions that can go on for hours. A Rodizio is more than a meal. It is a dining and social experience.
The Brazilian Grill Rodizio includes unlimited visits to the well-stocked buffet which offers a wide variety of salads, vegetables, cheeses, pasta, imported prosciutto and a variety of Brazilian hot dishes.
Desserts include Chocolate Cake, Passion Fruit Mousse, Alpino Cake, Strawberries n' Cream, Chocolate Parfait, Sweet Corn Pudding, Lava Cake and Banana Flambada.
Try as many meats or buffet selections as you like all for one fixed price. Desserts are not included in lunch and dinner prices.
